Working Together

• Contacting me through the site does not create a client relationship. That only happens once we’ve signed an agreement or I’ve issued a formal invoice.
• Until payment is made, all creative work remains my property. Once paid, ownership transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed.
• I may showcase completed client work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Payments & Refunds

Invoices are payable through Zelle or Venmo. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun but may be considered in good faith.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, my liability for any project or use of this site is capped at the amount you paid me for the specific work in question. I am not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois.
• Any disputes will be handled in Cook County, Illinois.
• By working with me, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final.
